Trots de viktiga fr\u00e5gorna som bland annat handlar om framtiden f\u00f6r Santiagos dricksvatten och exploateringen av den sista skogen innan Anderna tar vid i det metropolitanska omr\u00e5det s\u00e5 var uppslutningen inte s\u00e5 stor som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat. Arrang\u00f6rerna hade hoppats p\u00e5 minst 4000 deltagare och underskrivande uppskattade antalet till upp mot h\u00e4lften av det.
